About the Role

Kaizen Pharmaceuticals (Pvt.) Ltd., a company with an advanced, high-tech manufacturing facility setting new standards in pharmaceutical care, is seeking an experienced professional to join its team as Assistant Manager HVAC & Utilities. This role is ideal for someone with strong expertise in HVAC systems, utility operations, and GMP compliance, offering the opportunity to contribute to continuous improvement and excellence in patient care.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and manage complete HVAC systems to ensure efficient and compliant operations.
• Develop, review, and update SOPs in accordance with GMP requirements.
• Prepare and maintain qualification documents (IQ, OQ & PQ) for engineering systems.
• Ensure pharmaceutical cleanroom grades and HVAC systems meet regulatory and compliance standards.
• Execute and coordinate engineering projects while ensuring timely completion and proper documentation.

Requirements

• BS / BE in Mechanical Engineering.
• 4-5 years of relevant experience in HVAC systems, utility operations, and GMP compliance.
• Comfortable working in an on-site manufacturing environment.
