Kahua Application Developer

For our client, a leader in the Consumer Technology space, we are seeking a Kahua Application Developer to drive marketing initiatives focused on growth, customer acquisition, brand performance, and measurable demand creation. Collaborate with analytics, product, creative, and commercial teams to turn market insights into scalable campaigns, testing strategies, and performance improvements. This role offers the opportunity to directly influence customer engagement, conversion performance, and revenue growth within a technology-driven environment.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Responsibilities

• Design and deploy Kahua applications and workflows for infrastructure projects
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and define project requirements
• Develop custom reports, dashboards, and data models within Kahua
• Conduct application testing and performance optimization for scalability
• Oversee data migration and system upgrades across client environments
• Create and maintain technical documentation for implementation best practices
• Provide ongoing production support and user training during the project lifecycle

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience with Kahua platform development or administration
• Strong background in business process automation and workflow configuration
• Hands-on experience in implementing PMIS solutions for large capital programs
• Solid understanding of database concepts and technical system integrations
• Proficient in translating business needs into technical specifications and solutions
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and analytical skills
• Effective communication skills for direct client and stakeholder engagement

Pay

$103,500 – $181,100 annually
