We must not repeat job title as heading. So we will not have a heading for the job title.
We need to use - for any list of duties/requirements/benefits. Use

We must preserve all substantive information; do not invent or summarize away detail. So we need to keep details like: converting approx seventy fillable PDF inspection documents into new interactive HTML forms; using JavaScript to build functionality for inspector inputs to be saved to SQL database; Jinja templates to compile inputs back into new PDF files; secondary responsibilities: providing JavaScript development support as needed to keep project on track.
Requirements: Beginner to Intermediate Experience; Should have staff experienced in: JavaScript, SQL (T-SQL but any form of knowing SQL will be fine), HTML, CSS. Plus: Python, Docker, Jinja, Docker (duplicate?), Git/GitHub, Everforth Apex? Actually "Everforth Apex is a world-class IT services company..." that's not a requirement. So we need to list the required technologies: JavaScript, SQL, HTML, CSS. Plus the plus items: Python, Docker, Jinja, Git/GitHub. Note Docker appears twice; we can list once.
We also have benefits: medical, dental, vision, life, disability, other insurance plans; ESPP; 401K with company match after 12 months; HSA (Health Savings Account on HDHP plan); SupportLinc EAP up to 8 free counseling sessions; corporate discount savings program and other discounts; on-demand training program; access to certification prep and library of technical and leadership courses/books/seminars after 6+ months tenure; certification discounts and perks to associations incl CompTIA and IIBA; dedicated customer service team for Consultants; certified Career Coach; Welcome Packet.
We must not include boilerplate like EEO, equal opportunity, accommodation contact, privacy policy, etc. Also remove duplicated lines.
