About the role

As a Pet Care Technician at K9 Resorts, you will be part of a team delivering a luxury experience for dogs and peace of mind for their owners. You'll work hands-on with dogs, ensuring they receive exceptional care in a safe, clean, and stress-free environment.

Responsibilities

• Providing compassionate, hands-on care for dogs of all breeds and sizes
• Supervising daycare playgroups and ensuring safe, positive interactions
• Monitoring dog health, behavior, and safety and reporting concerns immediately
• Cleaning and disinfecting suites and common areas to brand standards
• Assisting with feeding, bathing, play sessions, and daily routines
• Delivering a 5-star guest experience to every pet parent
• Supporting team operations and maintaining a strong, positive culture

Requirements

• A genuine love for dogs (non-negotiable)
• Strong communication and attention to detail
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, hands-on environment
• Comfortable getting “down and dirty” with cleaning and pet care tasks
• Dependable, team-oriented, and adaptable
• Weekend and holiday availability required
