Responsibilities
- Supervise, assign, coordinate, and evaluate semi-skilled and skilled trades personnel based on their skills, experience, and job knowledge.
- Train employees to improve work quality and productivity, and recommend training to enhance skills.
- Assist in developing training procedures and break down broad strategies into actionable plans.
- Ensure compliance with all technical aspects of the job, including adherence to drawings and procedures.
- Oversee manufacturing, installation, operation, testing, and process operations with significant financial impact on company performance.
- Monitor job and budget performance for all shifts while supervising qualified trades staff.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree OR
- Apprentice Certification OR
- High School Diploma and 4 years of combined manufacturing, shipbuilding, trades, or military experience OR
- Associate Degree in a Trade/Technical field and 3 years of relevant manufacturing, shipbuilding, trade, or military experience.

Pay
Salary range: $92,000.00 to $117,000.00. Final compensation will be determined based on experience, qualifications, and other job-related factors.
