Responsibilities
- Supervise, assign, coordinate, and evaluate semi-skilled and skilled trades personnel based on their skill, experience, and job knowledge.
- Train employees to improve quality and quantity of work performed.
- Recommend training to enhance skill and productivity; assist in developing training procedures.
- Break broad strategies into practical action plans and ensure employees are trained to execute them.
- Ensure compliance with all technical aspects of the job, including adherence to drawings and procedures.
- Oversee manufacturing, installation, operation, testing, and process operations with significant financial impact on company performance.
- Supervise qualified trades staff and monitor job and budget performance across all shifts.
Requirements
- Must have either:
- BS/Apprentice + 4 years of production supervisor experience, or
- Non-BS/Non-Apprentice with 6 years of combined production supervisory and/or CS experience.
