About the role

The anticipated salary range represents the estimated base pay for this role. Final compensation will be determined based on experience, qualifications, and other job-related factors, and may vary from the posted range.

Responsibilities

• Manage the flight deck operations for RCOH (Rear Commanding Officer's Helicopter)
• Ensure all personnel adhere to safety protocols and procedures
• Oversee the maintenance and upkeep of flight deck equipment and systems
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless operations
• Train and mentor new crew members as needed

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience in a similar role
• Proficiency in aviation and naval operations
• Strong leadership and management skills
• Ability to work independently and under pressure
• Valid driver’s license

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Aviation, Naval Science, or related field
• Current US Citizenship

Skills

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong problem-solving abilities
• Knowledge of aviation and naval regulations
• Experience with fleet management and coordination

$113,000.00 to $141,000.00
