Centennial Academy seeks a dedicated educator to join our Lower Academy team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about STEAM education and committed to fostering a collaborative learning environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement engaging STEAM curriculum aligned with state standards.
• Collaborate with colleagues to design and facilitate interdisciplinary projects.
• Assess student progress and provide feedback through regular check-ins and formal evaluations.
• Participate in professional development opportunities to enhance teaching skills.
• Maintain a safe and inclusive classroom environment that promotes diversity and equity.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Education or related field.
• Valid California teaching credential or eligibility to obtain one.
• Experience working with students in grades K-5.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

$60,000 - $70,000 annually based on experience and qualifications.
