K-3 Interventionist

Overview Lincoln Leadership Academy Charter School is seeking qualified and reliable K-3 Interventionist. K-3 Interventionist will provide instruction and maintain a positive learning environment and be enthusiastic about making a positive impact in urban communities. Key Responsibilities:Instructional Delivery: Deliver lesson plans and instructional activities Provide instruction and facilitate learning experiences in accordance with school policies and procedures Classroom Management: Manage classroom behavior and ensure a safe and productive learning environment Implement classroom rules and expectations to maintain order and discipline Adaptability: Adapt teaching strategies and instructional materials to meet the needs of diverse learners Follow classroom procedures and routines established by the regular classroom teacher Communication: Communicate effectively with school administrators, staff, and students Provide feedback and report any concerns or issues to the appropriate school personnel Flexibility: Be available to work on short notice and accommodate varying assignments and grade levels Demonstrate flexibility and adaptability in responding to changing classroom environments and instructional needs Qualifications: Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university. Active Pennsylvania Teaching Certification Previous experience working with children or youth preferred. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to follow lesson plans and classroom routines.
