Job Qualifications

• High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
• One year of experience working either in a school or working with children with special needs, or any combination of education and experience sufficient to successfully perform the duties of the job
• Experience supervising children required
• Demonstrated desire to learn new skills and participate in ongoing training
• Willingness and ability to learn methods for teaching and managing special needs students
• Demonstrated ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with a wide variety of individuals
• Valid IVP Level One AZ Fingerprint Clearance Card is required
