About the role

We are seeking an experienced K-12 teaching coach to work with educators.

Responsibilities

• Guidance on lesson planning, curriculum development, classroom management, student assessment, and special education
• Helping clients navigate their career path with resume review, cover letters, interview prep, networking strategy, promotion strategy, salary negotiation, and ongoing skill building

Requirements

• Hands-on K-12 teaching experience
• Prior coaching or mentoring experience
• A clear, structured approach to helping clients grow both their craft and their career

Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience working with diverse populations
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

Skills

• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Knowledge of current educational trends and best practices
