K-12 Integration Specialist
About the role
The K-12 Integration Specialist serves as the primary implementation partner for school districts, educational service agencies, state education organizations, and national K-12 partners adopting The DeBruce Foundation's Agilities™ resources. This role works directly with educators, counselors, administrators, district leaders, and partner organizations to support the adoption, implementation, and scale of Agilities resources across K-12 related partners nationwide.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned school districts, educational service agencies, state education organizations, and partners serving K-12.
- Co-develop implementation plans that align Agilities resources with organization priorities, strategic plans, and career readiness initiatives.
- Facilitate implementation planning meetings and help partners establish goals, timelines, and measures of success.
- Guide partners through onboarding, adoption, and ongoing implementation efforts.
- Conduct regular partner check-ins to monitor progress, identify barriers, and support continuous improvement.
- Build strong relationships with district leaders, counselors, teachers, CTE staff, career readiness professionals, state education leaders, and educational intermediary organizations.
- Translate partner needs into actionable implementation strategies and recommendations.
- Support partners in moving from initial training to sustained implementation and long-term integration.
- Support district, state, and national partners in scaling the adoption and utilization of Agilities resources.
- Share implementation best practices and success stories that can be replicated across multiple partners and regions.
- Identify opportunities to increase educator engagement, resource utilization, and overall partner impact.
Training & Professional Learning
- Facilitate Certified Agilities Coach Trainings, workshops, webinars, and professional learning experiences for partners.
- Deliver engaging virtual and in-person training experiences using adult learning best practices.
- Provide coaching and technical assistance to partners implementing Agilities resources.
- Apply existing Agilities training and implementation resources to meet partner goals and educational environments.
- Coordinate logistics for training and events.
- Cooperate with the Partnerships & Integration team to support organizational goals and partner success.
- Represent The DeBruce Foundation at conferences, partner meetings, trainings, and community events.
- Contribute to a culture of continuous learning, innovation, and collaboration across the organization.
Community & Educator Engagement
- Support engagement and retention efforts within the Certified Agilities Coach Community.
- Coordinate communications, virtual gatherings, and professional learning opportunities for coaches.
- Highlight success stories, implementation examples, and best practices across the community.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Education, Business, Communications, Public Policy, Human Development, Social Sciences, or a related field; or equivalent professional experience demonstrating competency in the required skill sets.
- 3–5 years of experience in K-12 education, educational consulting, professional development, instructional coaching, or a related field.
- Experience working directly with school districts, educators, counselors, administrators, or educational organizations.
- Demonstrated success facilitating professional development, workshops, or adult learning experiences.
- Strong relationship-building and stakeholder management skills.
- Able to think strategically about scaling adoption across systems while supporting day-to-day implementation with partners.
- Excellent project management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Experience utilizing CRM systems, online learning platforms, and digital collaboration tools.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, including presentation and facilitation abilities.
- Willingness and ability to travel approximately 20–40% of the time for partner meetings, trainings, conferences, and events.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience as a teacher, school counselor, instructional coach, CTE leader, district administrator, educational consultant, or similar role within K-12 education.
- Experience leading or supporting district-wide implementation of educational programs, curriculum, professional learning initiatives, or student success strategies.
- Experience supporting implementation across multiple districts, regions, states, or educational networks.
- Familiarity with career readiness, workforce development, college and career advising, or student success initiatives.
- Understanding of K-12 decision-making structures and district implementation practices.
