JV Assistant Coach

About the role

The JV Assistant Coach position at Coronado is seeking an enthusiastic individual to support the head coach in developing and implementing training programs, managing team logistics, and providing support during games and practices.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the development and implementation of training programs for JV players
• Manage team logistics including scheduling, transportation, and equipment needs
• Support the head coach during games and practices
• Communicate effectively with players, parents, and other staff members

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in coaching, education, or related field
• Experience coaching youth soccer at the JV level or higher
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Qualifications

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Passion for youth sports and working with young athletes
• Knowledge of soccer rules and regulations
