Pay

Starting base pay: $17‑$20 per hour. Total compensation estimated at $23‑$28 per hour including daily tips and bonus opportunities. Monthly bonus opportunities after 3 months of training. $500 driver sign‑on bonus after driver approval and 3 months of driving (DOT card, required defensive‑driving, or ticket costs may be deducted from the bonus). Raise eligibility after 6 months of training.

Responsibilities

• Work with a teammate to complete junk removal jobs
• Lift, load, and transport furniture and household items safely
• Deliver excellent customer service at every stop
• Drivers operate company trucks; training is provided
• Crew members support jobs on the truck and at customer locations
• Help maintain trucks, equipment, and a safe work environment

Requirements

• Driver applicants must be age 23 or older with a valid, clean driver's license
• A driver's license is a plus for crew‑member applicants but is not required for every crew position
• Dependable, punctual, and team‑oriented
• Able to lift 75+ pounds repeatedly and stay active throughout the day
• Comfortable working outdoors and using mobile apps on the job
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn; no prior junk removal experience is required
