Job Duties
- Create, edit, and reproduce artwork in line with the organization’s needs.
- Provide graphic design and web design output by utilizing Fireworks, Illustrator, Dreamweaver, Windows Media Player, and the Microsoft Suite.
- Cook up graphics solutions by coordinating with business content owners, a variety of content providers, departments and offices.
- Draft final versions for use in office-based and online publications and presentations.
- Perform basic maintenance, administration, and minor change-related actions on G-6 maintained websites and web-based services.
- Ensure compliance with Section 508 of the Rehabilitation Act of 1973 and the Architectural and Transportation Barriers Compliance Board Electronic and Information Technology (EIT) Accessibility Standards.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field of study, or three (3) years Webmaster and Graphics Artist experience.
- Familiarized with Section 508 of the Rehabilitation Act of 1973 and the Architectural and Transportation Barriers Compliance Board Electronic and Information Technology (EIT) Accessibility Standards.
