Junior Visual Manager (University Village)

About the Role

We’re seeking a Junior Visual Merchandiser to bring our in-store experience to life, embodying an Architectural Approach To Product. This role blends effortless style, inspiration from iconic American staples, and displays that capture California cool. If you have an eye for detail, a passion for trends, and a love for creating visually appealing spaces, we’d love to meet you.

Responsibilities

• Support the setup and execution of visual updates
• Style product displays with intention, adhering to brand guidelines
• Maintain visual standards across the store, including lighting, signage, and folding standards
• Bring creativity, attention to detail, and positive energy to all tasks
• Collaborate with store management to make the best visual decisions while upholding company standards
• Partner with the Visual Merchandising Manager to plan and implement floor moves
• Stay informed about current advertising, marketing campaigns, and new product launches, updating store visuals accordingly
• Develop and share new visual initiatives, ideas, and philosophies with the team
• Participate in organizing special in-store events
• Communicate the visual calendar and priorities to the store team
• Partner with the District Manager and Visual Manager to schedule monthly store visits
• Collaborate with Retail Merchandising to provide feedback on local execution

Qualifications

• Creative, hands-on, and passionate about building a unique vibe
• Tuned into trends while maintaining a classic aesthetic
• Organized, efficient, and able to work independently or as part of a team
• Comfortable with physical tasks like lifting, climbing, and getting hands dirty
• Retail or visual merchandising experience is a plus but not required; willingness to learn is key

Pay

The base salary range for this role is $25-$30 per hour. Total compensation may include bonuses and other perks tailored to performance and dedication.
