Junior Visual Manager (Greenwich Men's)

About the role

The Junior Visual Manager will be responsible for enhancing the visual appeal of the store through product displays, signage, and overall store aesthetics. This role requires strong visual merchandising skills and an ability to work collaboratively with other departments.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement visual merchandising strategies to attract and engage customers.
• Create and maintain eye-catching displays that highlight products and promote sales.
• Collaborate with store associates to ensure all visual elements are aligned with brand standards.
• Assess store layout and make recommendations for improvements to enhance customer flow and shopping experience.
• Manage inventory levels and ensure merchandise is displayed effectively.
• Stay updated with current trends and best practices in visual merchandising.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Retail Management, or related field.
• At least 2 years of experience in retail visual merchandising or a similar field.
• Strong understanding of retail principles and consumer behavior.
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in using design software and tools for creating visual merchandising plans.

Qualifications

• Experience with digital marketing platforms and social media.
• Knowledge of POS systems and inventory management.
