Primary Responsibilities/Essential Functions
- Maintain daily cash balances and monitor short-term capital needs.
- Determine and execute wire transfers or ACH payments.
- Contribute to the preparation of treasury-related reports and forecasts.
- Analyze and interpret financial data.
- Track foreign exchange (FX) exposure and monitor bank fees.
- Manage bank related documentation and investigate and resolve bank and payment issues.
- Help monitor cash balances and short-term investments to ensure optimal liquidity.
- Collaborate with accounting and other departments to resolve treasury-related discrepancies.
Experience Education/Professional Certifications/Licenses
- Basic qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting or equivalent required.
- Experience: 2+ years of experience in Corporate Treasury at a multinational company with demonstrated increases in responsibility.
Knowledge/Skills/Abilities
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with advanced Excel and Word capabilities.
- Knowledge and understanding of cash management, including bank account management, updating and maintaining signatories across global bank accounts, process controls and governance.
- Detail-oriented with a mindset of ensuring accuracy in performance of tasks.
- Eagerness to learn and continuously improve processes.
- Strong financial acumen and knowledge of financial processes.
- Ability to work collaboratively across departments.
- Ability to communicate effectively at all levels of the organization.
- Ability to work under pressure and show evidence of creative thinking as well as the ability to handle complex problems in a timely manner.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
