Junior Talent Acquisition Specialist (fixed-term)

About the role
We’re looking for a skilled Junior Talent Acquisition Specialist who will help us with peak season hiring. The position is for a fixed term until December 2026. You’ll be part of our Talent Acquisition team in Europe that’s passionate about their work and constantly experimenting and searching for new ways to improve their skills.
Responsibilities
- Carry out full-cycle recruitment at the Printful fulfillment center
- Work closely with and support our hiring managers with active talent sourcing, recruitment, and talent attraction
- Create a positive candidate and hiring manager experience, based on hiring forecasting and prioritization
Requirements
- Good people and communication skills
- Precision, a strong sense of responsibility, and a systematic approach to work
- Ability to work independently
- Excellent English (to communicate with colleagues outside of Latvia) and Latvian skills (both written and spoken)
Experience in recruitment will be considered an advantage.
