Junior Systems Developer & Data Analyst

About the role

We're working with a leading defense contractor and technology solutions provider, delivering advanced engineering and IT services to critical government programs. This position involves maintaining and enhancing a custom SharePoint Framework application built with TypeScript and React, automating workflows, developing data pipelines for training range insights, creating Power BI dashboards for leadership, building modules for operational tracking, contract management, and schedule deconfliction, and administering the application within secure DoD IT environments.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and enhance a custom SharePoint Framework application built with TypeScript and React
• Automate workflows and develop data pipelines to provide insights into training range activities
• Create and refine Power BI dashboards for program leadership
• Build application modules supporting operational tracking, contract management, and schedule deconfliction
• Perform application administration, including managing permissions and resolving user issues
• Operate within secure Department of Defense IT environments, complying with platform restrictions

Requirements

• Hands-on experience developing custom web applications with TypeScript, JavaScript, and React
• Experience or strong familiarity with SharePoint Framework and SharePoint Lists as a data backend
• Proficiency in developing reports and dashboards using Power BI and Power Query/M
• Ability to troubleshoot software, investigate bugs, and support application users
• Strong verbal and written communication skills to convey technical concepts to diverse stakeholders
• Eligibility to obtain a Secret security clearance, requiring US Citizenship
