Role Title: Junior Software Engineer Role Type: Contractor Location: Remote We are seeking Junior Software Engineers to evaluate AI-generated code and develop challenging software engineering tasks for an AI training project. You’ll assess code quality, problem-solving, and technical reasoning to help improve AI model performance. Key Responsibilities Evaluate AI-generated code for correctness, quality, and design. Create challenging coding problems, reference solutions, and test cases. Review AI reasoning in architecture, debugging, and system design. Provide clear, detailed technical feedback to improve model performance. Required Qualifications At least 1 year of software engineering experience at a leading technology company, with some experience gained within the past 3 years. Based in an English-speaking country. Strong written communication skills and the ability to explain technical decisions clearly.
