Job Location: Charlotte, NC (Day One Onsite - Hybrid)
About the Role
Must have hands-on software engineering delivery experience with Python. Primary stack includes Python 3.11, ADK, and MCP.
Responsibilities
- Develop and optimize production prompts and coding-agent prompts (Devin/Claude/Copilot/Codex).
- Implement Open Telemetry tracing and structured logging discipline; ensure every service emits the same trace shape.
- Own deployment of your own services using OpenShift, Helm, and GitOps.
- Maintain security hygiene: secret handling, mTLS, audit-trail emission, and ensure no PII in logs.
Requirements
- Hands-on software engineering experience with Python.
- Experience with prompt engineering (production and coding-agent prompts).
- Proficiency in Open Telemetry tracing and structured logging.
- Experience with OpenShift, Helm, and GitOps.
- Strong understanding of security hygiene practices.
Nice to Have
- Exposure to secondary stack: Fast API, pytest, MongoDB, and common tools (Git).
- Experience with OCP ADK packaging and CI/CD scripting.

Pay
The base salary range for this full-time position in Charlotte, NC is $56,186 to $87,556 per year. This range covers base pay only. The role may also be eligible for variable compensation, bonuses, or commissions. Full-time regular employees are eligible for paid time off, medical/dental/vision insurance, 401(k), and other benefits.
