Junior SAP Consultant

Responsibilities

• Aid companies in setting up, customizing, and maintaining their business processes.
• Convert business requirements into SAP solutions and act as a liaison between the technical and business teams.
• Study business processes and collaborate with various teams to understand how Professional Services projects are sold, planned, staffed, managed, and measured.
• Configure and tailor SAP products, such as SAP S/4HANA Cloud, SAP SuccessFactors, and others, to support Professional Services operations.
• Run, test, and log business processes to develop and produce marketing and demo content.
• Offer continuous support, stepping in when something isn’t working or needs improvement.

Required Skills

• B2+ (Upper-Intermediate or higher) English proficiency with strong spoken communication skills for client interactions.
• Basic understanding of IT concepts including IT project delivery process, tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence), and methodologies.
• Higher education in IT, economics, or finance.
• Business analysis skills gained through work experience or university studies, including engaging with stakeholders to outline business process flows.
