About the role
Join our SAP community and work closely with a strong team to shape the digital future of our approximately 200 SAP customers. At BTC AG, you'll find a diverse SAP world with around 500 SAP experts across our business units and a sales team that lives the close collaboration between disciplines.
Responsibilities
- Engage in all sales activities within our SAP competence area, initially alongside experienced colleagues, then independently
- Build relationships from initial contact through onboarding to contract signing with both existing and new customers
- Learn our broad SAP portfolio (SAP Cloud solutions, add-ons, BTP extensions, and the SAP toolchain), developing yourself into a competent point of contact who can bind customers long-term and enthuse them about new solutions
- Participate in webinars, trade shows, and conferences, taking on more responsibilities and seeking support from the relevant departments to present the portfolio to the right contacts within the customer segment – potentially up to the C-level
- Build your own network in the SAP market in Germany, stay open to new trends, and actively bring your impulses back to our team
- Structured onboarding with mentoring from experienced Sales Managers, individual development plan, and access to SAP-related trainings and certifications
Requirements
- First professional experience in B2B sales, e.g., as a Sales Development Representative, Inside Sales, or Account Manager
- Preferred first experience in selling SAP solutions
- Interest in the SAP ecosystem and motivation to deeply dive into topics like S/4HANA, RISE/GROW, BTP, and cloud solutions
- Liking to build customer relationships, a safe and friendly demeanor, and enthusiasm to move up to decision-maker levels
- Strong communication skills, initiative, and structured working style
- Very good German and good English proficiency
- Travel within Germany

Pay
Starting salary range: 55,000 - 70,000 € gross/year (40 hours/week, 12 paychecks, including target agreement and car allowance) - depending on your competency level, with transparent salary progression within our remuneration system
