About the role

Lee & Associates of Eastern Pennsylvania (LAEP) is seeking Sales Associates to fill open positions in its Central Pennsylvania and Suburban Philadelphia offices. This position represents an entry level opportunity within the lucrative commercial real estate brokerage industry.

Responsibilities

• Secure a real estate salesperson’s license within the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania
• Provide sales and leasing support to the assigned senior sales professional(s), including reporting, canvassing, marketing, analysis, proposal writing and presentation preparation
• Meet with existing and prospective customers and clients
• Present and show properties
• Develop, enhance and leverage knowledge of the local economy and real estate markets, including acquiring timely, accurate information about listed properties, tenants in the market and market trends
• Provide and maintain accurate information regarding properties in relevant databases
• Develop sales presentation skills and ability through on-the-job exercises and formal training
• Seek out, develop and share best practices for the region and across the national Lee & Associates network

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent education and experience) in real estate, business, economics, or related field preferred
• Proficiency with the following software programs: Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word and Access
• Analytical, database and problem-solving skills
• Solid written and oral communication skills
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a team
• Ability to effectively and professionally meet client expectations and positively represent the firm
• Ability to multi-task, work successfully to a deadline, and effectively manage time and workload
• Motivated self-starter with a desire to succeed and contribute to the success of a team
