About the role
Responsible for ensuring compliance with all safety regulations and protocols in construction sites. Conduct regular safety inspections and train employees on safety procedures.
Responsibilities
- Conduct safety inspections and document findings
- Train employees on safety procedures
- Develop and implement safety programs
- Respond to accident/incident reports and ensure corrective actions are taken
- Collaborate with project managers to address safety concerns
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Safety Management or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in construction safety management
- Knowledge of OSHA standards and regulations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Qualifications
- Valid driver’s license
- Ability to travel up to 50%
Skills
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Experience with safety software tools
