Junior Retail Associate

About the Role

AGG, an Am Law 200 firm with more than 200 attorneys and offices in Atlanta and Washington, D.C., is seeking a junior associate with zero to three years of real estate experience to focus exclusively on retail real estate.

Responsibilities

• Drafting and negotiating leases (representing both landlords and tenants)
• Drafting and negotiating purchase and sale agreements (representing both buyers and sellers)
• Drafting and negotiating reciprocal easement agreements
• Handling other aspects of commercial transactions involving retail businesses and the related real estate

Requirements

• Strong academic and interpersonal skills
• Self-starter with the ability to work well within a team

Prior leasing and purchase and sale experience is not required.
