The Junior Referral Marketing Coordinator is an entry-level, field-based role focused on building relationships with dental offices in your assigned territory. You will play a key role in supporting our marketing and outreach efforts by connecting with current and potential referral partners.

Key Responsibilities

• Visit dental offices in your assigned territory to introduce Orthodontic Experts and build relationships
• Sustain and maintain relationships with existing referral partners through regular check-ins and visits
• Aid in coordinating and attending Lunch & Learns and other outreach events
• Help track and update referral activity and office interactions in our systems
• Offer feedback on what you’re seeing in the field, including opportunities and general trends
• Aid in marketing initiatives such as holiday drops, email follow-ups, and office engagement
• Support doctors and team members during community visits and events
• Share relevant updates and materials with dental offices (digital and in-person)
• Maintain organized notes, schedules, and communication with your direct manager

Working Hours & Location

• Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (flexibility required)
• Occasional Saturdays and some holidays
• Field-based role (approximately 90–95% travel)
• Reporting base location: 1700 W Higgins Rd, Suite 320, Des Plaines, IL 60018

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED required
• 0–2 years of experience in customer service, sales, or community outreach preferred
• Dental or healthcare experience is a plus, but not required
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Organized and able to manage a schedule independently
• Comfortable working in a field-based role (travel required)
• Valid driver’s license
