About the role
ITCON Services is a fast-growing technology and professional services company delivering innovative solutions to federal government agencies. We are committed to excellence, collaboration, and integrity while supporting mission-critical programs across the government sector. We are seeking a motivated Junior Recruiter to join our Talent Acquisition team.
Responsibilities
- Manage the full life cycle recruiting process from sourcing through offer acceptance and onboarding.
- Source, screen, interview, and qualify candidates for technical, professional, and cleared positions.
- Build and maintain talent pipelines.
- Support proposal recruiting.
- Partner with hiring managers.
- Maintain ATS records.
- Coordinate interviews and offers.
- Attend recruiting events.
- Ensure compliance with policies and OFCCP requirements.
- Deliver an exceptional candidate experience.
Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years of recruiting experience within a federal government contracting environment.
- Experience with full life cycle recruiting.
- Experience supporting proposal recruiting.
- Strong sourcing skills.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Proficiency with ATS and Microsoft Office.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience recruiting technical IT professionals for federal government contracts.
- Experience recruiting cleared professionals.
- Experience with JobDiva.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
Work Location
This position is based in our Tysons Corner, Virginia office. Employees are expected to work onsite four (4) days per week, with one remote workday each week, subject to business needs.
