  • Manage and organize records in a secure and accessible manner

  • Collaborate with various departments to streamline record management processes
  • Handle incoming requests for records and provide timely responses

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Management, Library Science, or related field
  • At least 2 years of experience in records management or similar field
  • Strong organizational and attention to detail skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously

Qualifications

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience with record retention schedules and policies
  • Knowledge of recordkeeping systems and software
