Responsibilities
- Manage and organize records in a secure and accessible manner
- Ensure compliance with all relevant policies and procedures
- Collaborate with various departments to streamline record management processes
- Handle incoming requests for records and provide timely responses
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Information Management, Library Science, or related field
- At least 2 years of experience in records management or similar field
- Strong organizational and attention to detail skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
Qualifications
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience with record retention schedules and policies
- Knowledge of recordkeeping systems and software
