Junior Project Manager (Renewable Energy Sector)

Power Electronics is looking for a Junior Project Manager to join our team and support the successful execution of strategic technical projects. Responsibilities
As a Junior Project Manager, you will support project coordination activities, facilitate communication between stakeholders, and contribute to the successful planning, documentation, and monitoring of projects throughout their lifecycle.
- Support the collection and organization of technical and functional requirements.
- Assist in the preparation of project schedules, task lists, and supporting documentation.
- Facilitate communication between technical and business teams, ensuring efficient information flow.
- Support task assignment tracking and priority management defined by project leaders.
- Collect and consolidate information related to project progress, risks, and deviations.
- Contribute to the preparation of project status reports and KPI monitoring.
- Assist in creating presentations and executive summaries for stakeholders.
- Maintain project documentation and ensure repositories remain updated.
- Organize follow-up meetings, prepare agendas and minutes, and track actions and decisions.
- Support quality control activities and participate in lessons learned sessions.
Requirements
We are looking for a professional with a Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Telecommunications, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field, and 0-2 years of experience in technical projects, industrial environments, new product development, or internships in similar settings.
- Basic knowledge of project planning and coordination.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies such as Scrum or Kanban will be considered a plus.
Skills
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills, especially Excel.
- Knowledge of Power BI is desirable.
- Experience working with ERP systems, preferably SAP, is highly valued.
- English level B1 or higher.

Pay
The salary range for this position is $70,000.00 - $90,000.00.
