We are seeking a Junior Project Engineer responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing engineering projects from concept to commissioning. Key responsibilities include: Supporting project development by assisting with scope, schedules, budgets, and tracking progress.Collaborating with internal teams such as operations, maintenance, procurement, and environmental departments.Reviewing engineering drawings, technical specifications, and providing support during equipment installation and system upgrades.Offering field support during construction, installation, and commissioning activities, ensuring compliance with designs and safety standards.Maintaining accurate documentation, preparing technical reports, and contributing to continuous improvement efforts. Qualifications and skills: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Civil, Environmental, Mining, or related).Up to three years of experience in industrial, mining, heavy industry, or construction projects; internship experience is a plus.Understanding of engineering principles, ability to interpret technical drawings, and strong problem-solving skills.Effective communication, proficiency in Microsoft Office, and familiarity with engineering software (e.g., AutoCAD) is advantageous. Physical and working conditions: Ability to work both in office settings and active project sites, including site visits and exposure to environmental conditions.Physical requirements may involve walking, climbing, and PPE use, with a focus on safety and compliance. This role emphasizes safety leadership, teamwork, and technical support to ensure successful project execution.
