This is an incredible opportunity to sharpen your technical design expertise, master industry-leading creative software, and gain invaluable insight into the fast-paced world of creative operations. You will play a vital role in ensuring all visual communications meet impeccable brand standards across a diverse array of formats, directly contributing to the clarity and consistency of our member-facing materials.

What You'll Do

  • Production Art: Prepare flawless print-ready mechanicals, meticulously setting bleeds, color modes, crop marks, and ensuring optimal image resolution, alongside exporting perfectly optimized digital files.
  • Brand Consistency: Act as a guardian of our brand, strictly adhering to established guidelines, typography systems, color palettes, and grid structures across all resized assets.
  • Quality Assurance: Conduct thorough quality checks on all files, identifying and correcting typos, verifying correct file formatting, addressing missing links, and ensuring proper layer organization before final delivery or handoff.
  • File Management: Implement and maintain clear file naming conventions, logical folder structures, and robust digital asset management (DAM) organization.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work seamlessly with senior designers, project managers, and marketing teams to meet ambitious production deadlines and deliver high-quality assets efficiently.

What You'll Bring (Must-Haves)

  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field (or equivalent hands-on experience).
  • 2+ years of dedicated production design and/or graphic design experience.
  • Proficiency across the Adobe Creative Cloud suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
  • A solid understanding of digital display specifications, print pre-press setup, color spaces (RGB vs. CMYK), and image resolution (DPI/PPI).
  • Exceptional attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to handle repetitive tasks efficiently without compromising quality.

What Will Set You Apart (Nice-to-Haves)

  • Familiarity with Figma or Sketch.
