Junior Process Documentation Specialist - NSWCCD MD
About the role
Collect, review, and analyze information in order to make recommendations to the Government. Define the nature and extent of problems. Analyze relevant data, which may include annual revenues, employment, or expenditures. Interview managers and employees while observing their operations. Develop solutions to problems. In the course of preparing recommendations, understand the nature of the organization, the relationship it has with others in the Government, and its internal organization and culture. Prepare and solve mathematical models. Report findings and recommendations to the Government. Reports are usually submitted in writing, but oral presentations regarding findings also are common. For some projects, management analysts are retained to help implement the suggestions they have made.
Responsibilities

Requirements
- Possess experience in facilitation, production of executive level documentation, and project management.
- Possess experience developing documentation for business process knowledge transfer or system models with a description of how the experience supports the development of business process models in accordance with the PWS.
- Demonstrate the use of highly developed oral and written communication skills and the operation of collaboration tools and Microsoft office products to support Business Process documentation and modeling.
- Possess a Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited college or university in an area of business administration or engineering.
- Have a favorably adjudicated PSI at a T3 level.
