Junior Print Designer

About the role

A Junior Print Designer supports the Director of Design with various creative projects to enhance the company’s brand presence. This is an exciting opportunity for a creative individual looking to develop their skills in a fast-paced, real-world environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist in creating and designing advertisements, menus, posters, social media graphics, and other marketing materials.
• Support the development of point-of-sale items for liquor stores, including banners, signage, and promotional giveaways.
• Help design and implement branded wraps for company vehicles, distributor opportunities, bar facades, and other placements.
• Contribute to the development of Stateside Brands’ apparel and promotional merchandise.
• Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to ensure brand consistency across all materials.
• Manage multiple design projects with attention to deadlines and brand guidelines.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign.
• Understanding of color theory, composition, and typography with a strict adherence to brand guidelines.
• Ability to handle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with After Effects or 3D rendering is a plus.
• Familiarity with branding and packaging design.
• Ability to take creative direction and execute with attention to detail.
• Prior internship or freelance experience in graphic design is a plus.
• Military experience is a plus.

Pay

Estimated Base Salary Range: $50,000–$55,000 USD. Individual compensation packages are based on various factors unique to each candidate, including skill set, experience, and qualifications. The salary range refers to base salary only and is not inclusive of the total compensation package.
