Essential Duties And Responsibilities
- Aid in designing and maintaining databases for contract management, regulatory licensure, corporate information, recordkeeping, and tracking legal issues.
- Assist with administrative tasks and filings related to licensure and certification, collaborating with Legal and administrative personnel for both hard copy and electronic submissions.
- Create and prepare documentation and reports pertinent to business licensure and regulatory reporting; assist in accurate note-taking during high-level meetings.
- Perform other tasks as directed by Legal Department personnel.
- High school graduate required; bachelor’s degree or two years of equivalent work experience required.
- Minimum one year of experience in a similar administrative role, preferably in a legal setting or healthcare industry.
- Basic understanding of healthcare laws (HIPAA and Medicare knowledge is highly beneficial).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace.
- Outstanding organizational skills, keen attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines simultaneously.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, along with a professional demeanor.
- Strong problem-solving abilities, capable of analyzing files, identifying necessary information, drafting documents/forms, and taking initiative without direct supervision.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise sound judgment.
- Requires sitting, standing, and occasional light lifting.
