We need to decide sections. We have content for About the role (company overview + role description). Could be one section "About the role". Could also split into "About the company" but not required. We'll use About the role. Responsibilities: The list under "As The Successful Candidate, You Will" and also "Perform assignments related to your sector Assist with preparation of detailed design for projects Support preparation of drawings from detailed notes and specifications Coordination with other technicians/engineers on projects Provide support to Senior Engineers and Designers as and when needed". Those are duties. So responsibilities section. Requirements: The qualifications (education, GPA) and maybe "Willingness to travel and work onsite (including remote locations)"? That's more of a requirement? Could be under Requirements. Also "Previous co-op or internship experience is an asset" is a qualification/asset. We'll put under Requirements. Qualifications: Could be same as Requirements? But we need separate sections if content distinct. The posting has "Qualifications" heading with education and GPA. Then "You Bring To The Role" includes willingness to travel, co-op experience. Then "Competencies" includes skills/attributes. So we can have Qualifications (education/GPA), Skills (competencies), and maybe Requirements (travel, co-op). But we must avoid thin sections. Let's see: Qualifications: education and GPA. Skills: competencies list. Requirements: travel willingness, co-op asset. That seems reasonable. Benefits: The "Why join us?" and "What We Offer" sections contain benefits. So we can have Benefits section combining those bullet points. Pay and Schedule: Not specified; we should not include those sections. Thus output HTML with sections: About the role, Responsibilities, Qualifications, Skills, Requirements, Benefits. We need to use

for each section heading. Use
  • for lists. Use

for prose. We must not include boilerplate like EEO, accommodation, visa sponsorship note? The visa sponsorship note is substantive? It says "Hatch will not provide sponsorship for employment visas or participate in STEM OPT for this position." That's a condition; maybe we should keep it as part of About the role or Requirements? It's a requirement about sponsorship. Could be included in Requirements. But it's not EEO; it's a specific condition. We'll keep it. Also remove "Note: Applicants must submit a transcript (official or unofficial) upon application." That's application instruction; remove. Remove "We encourage candidates to connect with their recruiter and hiring manager..." maybe keep as part of About the role? It's about process; could be kept. We'll craft About the role paragraph combining company description and role overview. Let's write:
