Duties And Responsibilities
- Designing, programming and using standalone tools with open-source software and libraries (Python) heavily preferred.
- Provide written documentation for all findings, including the sources, methodologies, and uncertainties.
- Build technical models in CAMEO MBSE tool.
- Document S&TI data, to include capturing assessments, analysis, sources, and the uncertainties of assessments in the form of a technical report.
- Write analysis reports and develop briefings.
- Work independently and in a team environment.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering.
- Active DoD Top Secret Security Clearance, with SCI access.
- Pursuant to the various government contractual requirements, all applicants must be U.S. Citizens.
- Knowledge of MATLAB.
- Strong problem solving and critical thinking skills.
- Effective oral and written communication skills.
Desired Qualifications
- Familiarity with Matlab/Simulink/Stateflow TMAP.
- Familiarity with NASIC in-house tools such as Argo, Kalais, and Impulse.
- Experience with multi-vehicle simulation environments such as AFSIM, NGTS, ITASE, and JSE.
- Experience with one or more of the following:
- Experience with Threat Model M&S R&D process.
- Experience with merging model architectures, enhance model subsystem reuse, and accurately model emerging threat capabilities.
- Aircraft experience.
- Research on signal processing techniques, hardware, algorithms, and predictive performance.
- ADA Notations Regular communication (hearing/speaking).
- Noise conditions range from very quiet to very noisy.
- Prolonged use of computer (typing/keyboarding).
- Frequently required to sit for long periods of time, stand, and walk.
- Ability to travel by car, air or other means of transportation, if required.
