Please submit a portfolio alongside your resume.

What You Will Do

  • Video & Motion Content
    • Shoot short-form and long-form casual content at home or in the office for organic social media channels.
    • Lead the planning, shooting, and production of high-quality video content and product footage from pre-production (e.g., setup) to post-production (editing, color correction, audio adjustments) for digital platforms such as web banners, email, and retailer pages.
    • Edit raw footage into final deliverables suitable for social media, websites, marketing campaigns, or other platforms.
    • Add motion graphics, animations, text overlays, transitions, or other graphical enhancements when required.
    • Collaborate with other team members (creative, marketing, global regions, developers) to ensure video output aligns with brand standards, project briefs, and messaging objectives.
    • Collaborate with web developers, marketers, and digital-content managers to ensure web and email assets meet technical and brand requirements (responsive sizing, web optimization, compatibility).
  • Graphic & Digital Production
    • Produce digital still and motion assets for various mediums: social media, digital ads, presentations, and other digital collateral.
    • Create and design graphics in Canva or Adobe tools for organic social media channels, following brand guidelines: layout, color, typography, composition, and overall visual identity standards.
    • Capture still photography of products to support organic social media, product launches, and brand campaigns.
    • Work closely with the Social Media Lead and Marketing to translate campaign or content goals into strong visual communications for social media outlets.
    • Create final market-ready files and editable working files for web and digital distribution (ensuring correct formats, sizes/resolutions, export settings).
  • Collaboration, Project Workflow & Quality Control
    • Work as part of the Global Brand Creative Team, collaborating with senior designers, marketers, and stakeholders within the Global Marketing Organization.
    • Create content from idea to delivery, reviewing concepts, executions, and edits with the Creative Lead and other stakeholders to ensure final deliverables are polished and branding is consistent.
    • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, balancing priorities, deadlines, and feedback cycles.
    • Learn from past performance results to help inform new ideas and future executions.
    • Stay updated on social media, design, video, and web trends, as well as emerging tools and best practices, bringing fresh ideas and improvements to the team.

Requirements

  • 1-3 years of multimedia content experience.
  • Strong knowledge of photography and video production, including best practices for composition, lighting, sound, or voiceovers.
  • Strong understanding of various file types, image resolutions, and basics of creating and saving multiple asset types (.psd, .mp4, .gif, .jpg, .eps, .png, .ae, etc.) for both static and video content.
  • Highly organized with superior verbal and written communication skills to present work and ideas.
  • Ability to take an idea from concept to delivery, following the creative process of brainstorming, researching, presenting, and receiving and applying feedback in rounds of review with stakeholders.
  • Strong attention to detail and time management.
  • Ability to edit videos, add supers, voiceovers, etc., for long-form or short-form production.
  • Confidence in communicating with multiple stakeholders to meet all brand, marketing, and campaign goals.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple team members.
  • Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects.
  • Demonstrated interest in marketing content and consumer products.
  • Applicants must be authorized to work for any employer in the U.S. (no sponsorship available).
