Job Summary

As a Junior Content Creator, you'll help capture, edit, and publish content across social platforms while learning directly from experienced marketers and founders. Key Responsibilities

• Aid in creating short-form content for Instagram Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, LinkedIn, and X.
• Capture behind-the-scenes footage from company events, product launches, meetings, and daily activities.
• Support founder-led content initiatives and personal branding efforts.
• Aid in in-house podcast recording and content production.
• Edit videos, add captions, and prepare content for publication across platforms.
• Monitor social media trends and contribute fresh content ideas.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to test and optimize content performance.

Requirements

• 1 year of experience in content creation, social media management, videography, or a related field.
• Strong interest in content marketing, storytelling, and creator-focused media.
• Basic to intermediate proficiency with CapCut, Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar editing tools.
• Familiarity with Instagram Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, and social media trends.
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to learn quickly and work in a fast-paced startup environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience creating content for startups, brands, creators, or personal projects.
