Junior Motion Designer
How We LEAD
The Junior Motion Designer supports the development and execution of motion content across artist campaigns, storefront experiences, and digital marketing initiatives. They work closely with Digital Designers, Creative Directors, and Content Production teams to translate established creative direction into dynamic visual executions.
How You’ll CREATE
- Execute motion assets across social, CRM, paid media, storefront, and campaign touchpoints.
- Animate typography, layouts, and graphic systems developed by Digital Design teams.
- Support the creation of motion toolkits and adaptable templates for scalable campaign rollout.
- Aid in adapting creative concepts into multiple platform-specific formats and aspect ratios.
- Collaborate with Senior Motion Designers to refine pacing, transitions, and visual hierarchy.
- Integrate video, photography, and graphic assets into cohesive animated outputs.
- Prepare files for delivery across digital platforms, ensuring technical compliance.
- Maintain organized project files and adhere to established workflow standards.
- Incorporate feedback from Creative Directors and design leads with clarity and precision.
- Stay informed on evolving motion trends, tools, and cultural shifts in digital content.
Bring Your VIBE
- 1–3 years of motion design experience, internship or professional.
- Proficiency in Adobe After Effects with working knowledge of Premiere Pro.
- Strong foundation in typography, composition, and visual hierarchy.
- Basic understanding of animation principles including timing, easing, and pacing.
- Experience creating motion content for social or digital platforms.
- Ability to take direction, iterate quickly, and learn in a collaborative team environment.
- Hightly organized with strong attention to detail.
- Passion for music, culture, and digital storytelling.
- Curiosity about emerging motion techniques, formats, and tools.
