Junior Media Planner

5-month contract, onsite in Universal City, CA. Pay rate: $30–34/hr (W2).

Responsibilities

• Support the team for international media planning needs, including building campaign briefs.
• Assist with creative asset management and delivery.
• Act as a liaison between internal teams to project-manage asset requests.
• Monitor live confirmations.
• Create and track purchase orders and invoices.
• Provide ad hoc administrative support as needed.

Requirements

• 1+ years of media or marketing experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
• International or entertainment experience preferred but not required.
