Junior Maximo Functional Consultant

About the role

We are looking for a highly motivated Junior Maximo Functional Consultant to support our enterprise asset management initiatives. This role involves validating user-reported issues, recommending system and process best practices, leading ticket/request discussions, and conducting system testing. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, and eager to develop their functional and technical knowledge of IBM Maximo.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
• 1–2 years of experience in IT support or functional consulting (Maximo experience is a plus)
• Understanding of IBM Maximo modules (Assets, Work Orders, Inventory, etc.) is preferred
• Strong communication, documentation, and analytical skills
• Familiarity with IT support tools and ticketing systems (e.g., ServiceNow, Jira)
