Responsibilities

  • Maintain daily communication with artists
  • Oversee all artist bookings and accounts from start to finish, including all logistics and billings
  • Coordinate artists' travel
  • Manage artist and assistant schedule during show season
  • Demonstrate experience with a variety of bookings: sponsorships, brand deals, social, etc.
  • Regularly attend industry events to build a network and leverage industry relationships that result in new business opportunities for artists
  • Partner with cross-functional staff at all levels in a fast-paced environment while maintaining professionalism and confidentiality
  • Build a roster of your own

Requirements

  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Comfortable dealing with a diverse variety of people on the telephone, email, and in person in a friendly, efficient, and professional manner
  • Outstanding organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
  • Experience meeting the needs of a high-level executive
  • Ability to stay one step ahead in a fast-moving environment
  • Ability to prioritize and meet tight deadlines while demonstrating poise, resourcefulness, and the highest level of professionalism
  • A demonstrated interest in fashion, beauty, media, and/or entertainment preferred

Schedule

We work from the office 4 days per week to foster an environment of collaboration, develop future talent, and build relationships across leadership, peers, and teams.
