A leading law firm is seeking a junior attorney to join a sophisticated litigation practice in Nashville. This opportunity is particularly well suited for a current or recent judicial law clerk or an early-career attorney with strong litigation, research, and writing credentials. The attorney will work alongside experienced litigators on complex business and project-related disputes, with opportunities to develop substantive case responsibility and direct involvement throughout the litigation process.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years with a strong litigation foundation or judicial clerkship experience
• Exceptional legal research, writing, and analytical skills
• Strong academic credentials
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational ability
• Ability to manage competing assignments and deadlines
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Interest in developing a sophisticated commercial litigation practice
• Appropriate Bar admission or ability to obtain admission in the applicable jurisdiction
• Experience with or exposure to construction litigation is beneficial
• Current judicial clerks and attorneys recently completing clerkships are strongly encouraged to apply
