Junior Lead Guide (0-3)

About the role

We are currently looking for individuals interested in infants (8 weeks to 18 months) and toddlers (15 months to 36 months).

Responsibilities

• Support the Lead Guide in maintaining a calm, engaging, and prepared classroom environment
• Build strong relationships with children, families, and team members
• Participate in lesson presentations, classroom routines, and child observations
• Engage in ongoing mentorship, coaching, and professional development
• Gradually take on increased leadership responsibilities as skills and confidence grow
• Collaborate with leadership to work toward future Lead Guide readiness

Qualifications

• Demonstrated interest in and commitment to young children and early childhood development
• Serious interest in Montessori philosophy and a desire to pursue Montessori training
• Growth mindset, professional ambition, and openness to receiving feedback and coaching
• Strong communication skills and a collaborative personality
• Professional experience working with children preferred but not required
