Junior Investment Analyst

Responsibilities

• Creating and processing specifications, manufacturing change notices, requisitions, debit memos, and L4 WBS numbers in SAP
• Creating and maintaining planning items and documenting investment meetings
• Creating and publishing various weekly / monthly investment reports
• Creating / maintaining invoice workflows and resolving invoicing issues
• Loading project data to MEDDS
• Reconciling closing projects
• Coordinating year‑end accrual process and maintaining supplier cost roll‑up files
• Special projects as requested
• Any other tasks as assigned by the Project Cost Specialist or Investment Manager

Requirements

• Education: Bachelor’s degree
• Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Experience with Power BI, Power Query
• SAP knowledge is a plus
• Experience: 0‑3 years, preferably in Manufacturing
• Soft Skills: Excellent communication skills, self‑starter, ability to prioritize
