Assist with fast-paced, transportation engineering projects.
Apply engineering principles and practices to deliver innovative designs on projects.
Learn and provide daily support for transportation programs administered by the Florida Department of Transportation.
Take part in quarterly skills development opportunities.
Structured program involving rotation through various departments including but not limited to: Roadway Design, Drainage, Structures, ITS, Traffic Engineering, Toll Facilities Design, Utilities, Right-of-Way, Project Management, Work Program Development, Environmental Management, and Planning.

Requirements
- 3 to 6 years of technical design or construction management experience is required of incumbents with a bachelor's degree; 2 to 4 years of technical or construction management experience required with a master's degree.
- B.S. or M.S. in Engineering.
- Good interpersonal skills and capable of developing technical writing, and communications skills.
- PC and CAD skills required.
- E.I. or EIT required.
- P.E. desired.

Pay
Expected compensation range is between $90,000 - $110,000 annually depending on skills, experience, and geographical location.
