Responsibilities

• Implement instructional activities that promote meaningful learning experiences for students.
• Select and modify instructional resources to meet the diverse needs of students.
• Guide students through a variety of activities to support their social, physical, and intellectual development.
• Achieve award-winning results through a spiral curriculum and mathematical practices.
• Collaborate with peers to enhance the instructional environment.
• Evaluate each student's learning capabilities and celebrate their accomplishments.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree.
• Valid SEI Endorsement/Certification or ability to obtain a current teaching certificate from within the state.
• Pass a criminal history background check.

Qualifications

• Preferred qualifications include a current teaching certificate from within the state.

Skills

• Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing.
• Proficiency in using instructional resources and technology.
• Experience in implementing direct instruction techniques.
• Knowledge of educational theories and practices.
• Ability to assess changing curricular needs and offer plans for improvement.

Schedule
