Junior Graphic & UI Designer

About the role

MBLM is hiring an entry-level Graphic & UI Designer. Full-time, in-office, NYC. You’ll touch everything: identity/logo systems, campaigns, digital experiences, physical spaces, events. You’ll start from a blank canvas, initiate designs, inherit and refine with the team, and see your work through to launched brands.

Requirements

• Strong opinions about type, color, and composition
• Portfolio (school or side projects acceptable)

Skills

• Adobe CC and/or Figma proficiency
• Experience with motion and AI tools (a bonus)
• Attention to detail

Pay

Salary range $55‑60K plus benefits and other incentives.
